An outstanding and fantastic value Aussie Cab It is a cool climate Cabernet which has not really much in common with Bordeaux. However, this wine is currently one of the best Cabernet brands at ten pounds in the world ! It has mid intensity aromas of minty blackcurrant, black cherries, and cloves. Its palate is normally medium bodied with excellent to outstanding density depending on the vintage, it is lushly constructed with plump fruit and nice deliniation and slightly volatile acidity, and a balanced long, lush and hedonistic finish.
