First off it's got great acidity which really holds up the lemon and lime falvours. The bubbles are really fine and elegant - not like the great big clunky ones you get with inferior sparklers. The length was fantastic, ie I was still tasting it 20 mins or so after having gulped it down. I would recommend this for any type of celebration!
