Vasse Class! I drank the 2003 vintage of this wine at the end of 2006 and was impressed by its complexity (spicy oak, peach, cream and honey), its intensity and especially its remarkable persistence. I thought I'd keep a bottle until this year, but wish I'd finished it 12 months ago now (it seemed shorter and less complex). My advice: enjoy this at 3 to 4 years old.
