puzzling but intriguing
It is the second bottle that I try and still I can't completely grasp this wine. It gives me different impressions at every glass, or even sip. That is in itself a good thing and testifies that the wine has some complexity. It has interesting floral aromas next to the animal/pepperiness of the Shiraz. It is not heavy and has freshness. Yet sometime it tastes too sweet and not yet integrated. 2/3 intrigued, 1/3 perplexed

yum!!!
fruity, spicy and peppery, very intense and complex. great with beef or lamb dishes, may overpower more delicate foods. highly reccomend. (also try the white poachers blend from the same producers, very unusual and interesting)

Something Original
A challenging and interesting blend that delivers on taste, flavour and style. Excellent VFM. A wine that you could introduce to Mother but would still party hard. Powerful but never overpowering.

Aussie
really liked this. rich almost spritzy type character, at the initial taste, crisp and fresh, almost petillant, no it had not turned. Good depth and body but easily refreshing.Packs a punch. But the blend is something to be admired..well done the mixer 8/10

Something different from Australia
Not only packed with fruit , ripe and with a good amount of wood , like most Australian wine, but also full of complexity, and multi layered flavours due I presume to the use of different varietals in the blend. A real step up on other australian at the same price level.
