A corker! Had this the other day with monkfish and it's really delicious! Lots of grapefruit and lime flavours - and unlike a lot of Sauv Blancs which can be quite acidic, I found this to be really round and approachable with a very subtle sweetness without actually being sweet. Really fresh and grassy with a great taste of lychees. It's not cheap, but a real winner when you have people round and you're sitting in the sun.
