Drinkable with or without food We've been trying lots of wines in the £5-£10 mark recently to have at our wedding - and were really impressed with this Sauvignon Touraine(quite near Sancerre and Pouilly Fume I believe). It's dry but not incredibly so, and lacks the acidic bite of some wines. We found it very nice both on it's own and with a variety of foods, even cheese.
