I agree with Casper that this wine has the rich apricot and peach aromas of Viognier and the freshness and class of a very good Sauvignon. Quite simply I love it. It is a paradigm in that it is voluptuous, yet taut and lean, it is also opulent yet racy having a seam of minerally acidity running through it. It has aromas and flavours of peaches, lemons, almonds and spice. It has a decent length finish as well. This wine is excellent value at £5.99! I've been searching for a decent Spanish Albarino since tasting it a couple of years ago on holiday. You can find them but they're usually really expensive.
