Rosado tinted I bought this just because it looked like something completely different - and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a nice refreshing wine, with elegant sparkles and a subtle fruitiness. It's nothing like champagne or even sparkling wine from Australia in that it's got a stronger flavour than both - more yeasty and salty which I personally really enjoyed. Really good value stuff - and I'd never really heard of rose cava. It's deliciously dry and strawberry-filled with a lovely creamy aftertaste. I love the almost salty aftertaste which I always seem to get with a nice glass of cava, and coupled with the fruit makes for a fine glugging experience. I recommend this to anyone who like to relax.
