try this wine with christmas pudding, its a fantastic match. also it goes rather well with a spicy, but not too hot curry! waitrose sell it at £9.99 for a 50cl bottle so it is cheaper than the above price! real honey like character and the sweetness is balanced out by the acidity. you really need to try this wine!

I was given this by someone, and I tried my best not to drink it, but to keep it as a kind of heirloom. This didn't happen, and devoured it with foie gras and it really was delicious. Strangely, I didn't find it too sickly sweet, which must have been due to the good acidity which balanced it out. It has concentrated marmalade and honey flavours and is almost nutty. This is an ideal present which stands out more that a bottle of wine(depending on what it is), and is well worth the money. A real luxury!
