Fantastic fizz This is a fantastic wine. It’s made by Montana, so you know it will be decent quality, a proper bottle fermented sparkling wine. Its got a slight pink tinge to it, but don’t think this is a rose, its more of a full bodied white sparkler. Has great depth of flavour, a long finish, and its not painfully dry, but not sweet either with a good acidic backbone.
