Push the boat out for this beauty! I love Chablis, and this is up there with the best I've ever had! Really minerally and tangy with a lot of citric characters. The flavour stays in your mouth for ages afterwards and just keeps on going! It's more expensive than I'd usually go because essentially I'm quite mean when it comes to buying wine - but as a treat, it's well worth investing in!
