This is fast becoming my favourite champagne. I don’t drink much of it, but whenever I find it on offer I get a bottle or two (its often available at around £16-20). What I have found however is that its best left for a year or so after you buy it. It looses some of its acidic bite and becomes a lot softer. Best thing to do is keep buying bottles when you find them cheap and always drink your oldest one. Its not cheap, but if you can get it at around £20 its fairly good value.

Unquestionably the worst of the "value" marques of Champagne. This is a pale, flaccid, limp, weedy, citric impression of the great wines of champagne. There is much better value virtually everywhere else!
