Juicy, Oaky and Simply Gorgeous! I loved the Bellingham red wines, so thought I'd give the white a try.. and oh boy am I glad I did! On the nose, melon, subtle oak and a hint of gooseberry. On the palate the oak flavour becomes all the more apparent and lingers smoothly on the finish. Also the gooseberry comes through more and combines fantastically with the melon. To me, it also seems like theres vanilla and possibly a dash of pepper. This wine is best after being chilled in the freezer for about an hour and would go well with chicken, fish and salads. It is a rich full-bodied white and amittedly quite sickly. Definately not a wine for the faint-hearted, however a thoroughly enjoyable drink.
