Nice, but not 'Extra Special' I bought this wine, expecting great things. I usually love Italian wines (especially full bodied ones) and with this being over £6 at the time, I was thinking it would be a real treat. I am not denying it was a full bodied wine, but I only got one flavour, of which I cannot describe other than dark berries. It's deep in colour, but lacking character and overall flavour. Definately not 'Extra Special'. I would suggest getting the 2004 Reserve Chianti instead. I soon realised why when I poured a fly into my glass. The bottle was promptly returned to the store where I received a refund, and politely declined the store's offer to replace the bottle for another one. Very tasty, strong fruit (blackberry) and full bodied. As of January 08 Asda had 250ml taster bottles at half price (£1) which is refunded if you subseqeuntly buy the full bottle.
