Quite aromatic,medium-bodied rich black fruit and even some savoury flavour on the palate, amazing for 5.99 or much less on offer. This malbec does not pull its punches; it's full of filthy rich black and red fruits with a meaty bitter chocolate and mocha aftertaste. Made to go with delicious red meat dishes and hearty casseroles, to which it will add a great deal of welcome grandeur. This is a pretty heavy-duty wine with a LOT of flavour! We had it with nice jucy serloin steak, which I imagine is what they have it with in Argentina, where steak was invented.
