Nectar Rosé

Dry, fruity and slightly woody, this gastronomic rosé will seduce you with its roundness and intensity. Thanks to its generous mouth-feel and concentration, it flaunts its original style for its appellation.

Salmon-pink color. Notes of ripe red fruits (raspberry) and vanilla define the nose. The mouth is balanced, full and velvety, developing on notes of cooked red fruits (raspberry, blackberry), and of exotic fruits (mango). A light woody touch in finish adds to the general elegance of the rose.

This oaked Nectar only gives a hint of wood in the mouth, rounding up the fruits in the mouth, finishing off zith a buttery taste.

Our Nectar red 2004 is a powerful and refined wine, aromatic and with a nice length. Worthy ambassador to the Provence wines, it offers a rich aromatic palette and a concentrated texture. This is a quality wine to be kept in a cellar, a perfect southern wine to promote Provence!

Purple color, rich and expressive nose, on notes of ripe fruits. Elegant wine, it is ample and structured. Notes of dark cherry and liquorice mix with notes of leather and vanilla.

Our Esprit de Provence red is a worthy ambassador of reds from Provence with its rich aromatic palate. Its dark colour and mouth-feel commands the respect of a serious wine yet its supple body and exuberance makes it a most convivial wine with Provencal flair.

Intense ruby red. Very complex nose of ripe fruit, spices and wild Provencal herbs in the background. The attack is round, supple with peppery tones that harmoniously accompany the tannins that still have some youth. This 2007 has remarkable ageing potential and can be enjoyed now.

In the Esprit de Provence white, the Vermentino expresses itself in all its fresh citrus splendor. This is a great white for the summer and to accompany shell-fish. Think Mediterranean alternative to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.

A pale yellow with green reflections. The nose exudes citrus (pink grapefruit) and tropical fruits (fresh pineapple) and some floral tones (mint, verbena. The mouth is well balanced, elegant and rounded with a pleasantly long and fresh finish.
