I'm slightly confused by this wine, because I've had it twice and both times it tasted totally different. I tried it at a wine tasting at work, and noted that it was a typical (and very good) example of a NZ Sauvignon Blanc - very sharp, citrusy and refrehing. I had it again in the evening a couple of days later, and tasted less citrus fruits and more tropical flavours and watermelon, not dissimilar to a Chardonnay. There's a definite flinty aftertaste, and it's extremely refreshing. I really enjoyed it!
