This is like a cross between a Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc! It is a paradigm in that it is voluptuous, yet taut and lean, it is also opulent yet racy having a seam of minerally acidity running through it. It has aromas and flavours of peaches, lemons, almonds and spice. It has a decent length finish as well. This wine is excellent value at £5.99! It is a versatile food wine which can be paired up with seafood.
