At last - I've found my favourite white grape! What a find; a cross between Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc but with a lot more class and finesse than both of them! I had a tapas evening at the weekend and bought this by the tank-full. Goes great with Octopus done in the Galician style, and also is delicious with fried white-bait. And I thought Spain was all about Rioja! |
