"Rosado tinted " - Sainsbury's Cava Rosado

I bought this just because it looked like something completely different - and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a nice refreshing wine, with elegant sparkles and a subtle fruitiness. It's nothing like champagne or even sparkling wine from Australia in that it's got a stronger flavour than both - more yeasty and salty which I personally really enjoyed. I had without food, but it strikes me as the sort to go well with light salads or light chicken/fish dishes.
