"Spanish Beauty!" - Torres Gran Sangre de Toro Reserva

Had this at a dinner party the other weekend - and my first impression form the pacaging was that it was going to be a pretty dusty, overpowering and traditional-styled wine. Although it is a big and fairly heavy wine - it is a very fruity and gloriously spicy wine with a lot of black-cherry flavours. WE had it with a beef dish, and I have to say that they went really well together. For lovers of more modern Spanish wine which is not Rioja - give this one a go!
